The Aid Camp is a building in Tropico 3 and Tropico 4. It's constructed by issuing the Humanitarian Aid edict. The camp provides free food and healthcare to citizens, but the Nationalists consider getting these donations to be a sign of national weakness, thus lowering relations with them while the camp is present on the island.
