Shootings in Downtown Washington D.C. is an incident that took place in February 2004 and which saw sniper Kyle Hendricks targeting and ultimately killing Marine recruiters in the downtown Washington D.C. area. The attacks ultimately prompted the NCIS Major Case Response Team and the FBI to work together and would also lead to the Confrontation Between DiNozzo and Kyle Hendricks.
