In times of peace, the wardrobe for this division greatly differs from in times of war. In peace time while maintaining the hospital, division members wear red long-sleeve robes and a pale vest over the top. Additionally, the wear matching caps and facial masks to protect themselves from pathogens. In wartime, they wear the standard Sunagakure flack jackets.
