Hutt Emperor Tusa Ujalli Hai addressed the Galactic Senate using sabotaged speakers, causing a loud noise to emanate from it that was so loud it put any Human who could hear it into a vegetative or near-vegetative state. The attack devastated the Senate, as it removed most of its members from service.
