Herald Quinten Yavin was the 45th Chancellor of Atlantis from July 1, 1960 to July 1, 1968, having served two terms as Chancellor. Yavin was a strong proponent for further space exploration and spurred the Ares program and the Skylab mission. Yavin was also Minister under Bruce Feldman and President of the Upper House of the Assembly. Yavin was assassinated while serving as Speaker of the Regional Senate.
