Exiles were felons of the Drakonus race. Those who had committed a crime of a severe level—murderers and other serious offenders—could be stripped of their Clans and exiled. This meant that they were unable to live in any Drakonus community. Those who were Exiled were publically sentenced so that all knew of their transgressions.
