In 2152, Diaz whould be a member of a landing party that responded to a distress call sent from a Sarkassian outpost, be she got sick and Ensign Alana Hart replaced her. Later, she and Crewman Bishop were assigned guard duty over Kostal Goridian. And she was present in the armory at Ensign Hart's memorial service. (ENT novel: What Price Honor?)
