IC:Cenarion outreach has been granted permission by the Cenarion Circle to settle down in Surwich in the southern Blasted Lands where new land has been grown from the once tainted soiled grounds. There they were asked to shelter and protect the innocents and weak who has nowhere else to go. The Outreach is not officially part of the Cenarion Circle but they are honoring the name as respect for what the Circle has done for the land where they are allowed to live. For here anyone are welcome wherever they may be from such as veterans of war, orphans of war, homeless, refugees and people who wish to help those in need.
