First, the user gathers chakra within their legs and condenses it. Then, they slam their foot into the ground, creating a powerful shockwave that travels a short radius. Anyone close to the user is knocked away and suffers impact damage, most concentrated in the legs. Anyone within range outside the inital blast is shaken by the shockwave and could lose balance. It can be used on a downed opponent for an instant kill, provided the opponent has weak enough defenses. Taro Hyūga has managed to learn this technique and combine it with his Gentle Fist to create his own version of the technique.
