Ellesmere Port and Neston is a local government district, borough and parliamentary constituency in Cheshire, England. It covers the southern part of the Wirral Peninsula, that part which is not included in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral. Its main town is Ellesmere Port, an industrial town on the River Mersey. The rest of the district is partly rural and partly residential including small towns such as Neston and Parkgate, both on the River Dee.
