Gianna works as a receptionist for the Volturi, and doesn't seem to care about the blood oozing out from the cracks in the doors. She doesn't really notice or care about Bella, and is a wonderful character just because of that. The fans hate her guts because she doesn't like Bella. She is also a character who brings out Alice Cullen's cruelty, as Alice gives her an evil glare as she is giving simple directions. She thought the Volturi would turn her into a Meyerpire, but she is killed behind the scenes. Frankly, she should have seen that coming. She is one of the few named characters killed by the Volturi(you know, the ones who are supposed to be villains).
