The Brainwashed Noble is a rare mob human (level 15) that spawns near the undead section of the caves outside the Deadmines instance. Because of his rank, he appears to be a member of the House of Nobles of Stormwind who was brought under control of the Defias Brotherhood. He drops a variety of uncommon quality loot.
