The Sergeant is a mysterious soldier working for Colonel Price, who commands a squad of four soldiers. The Sergeant and his squad's cover story/side objective is to find ex-Lieutenant Billy Coen who helped destroy the Management Training Facility in July of 1998. After running into Billy at the police station with Colonel Price he arrests him. The Sergeant already knew what Billy looked like after recieving a recent photograph in a report given to him by Umbrella Security Service Commander Jake Perkins. The Colonel didn't look over the report so he didn't see Billy until the Sergeant told him. The Sergeant enlisted Billy to help navigate the sewers of Raccoon so they had a nice place to stash the body. The Sergeant shot Billy in the shoulder and left him to bleed out while they acquired Bi
