King Elrond Thracia ruled the elven nation of Thracia during the Manster Rebellion and the Arawn Losstarot War in the Second Age. He was the head of the House of Thracia and a friend of Agarwaen. He perished in the Explosion which led to the survivors from Thracia's fall to go their separate ways and found new elven kingdoms in Aison, Libaterra and Remon at the dawn of the Third Age.
