He was a pigeon who grew up in the The Bronx. He survived off of bread crumbs and fries that the humans gifted him on a daily basis. One day, his mother disappeared after a car's tired snatched her up. Ever since then, Cooman decided to hunt down the car that kidnapped his mother. Griffith requited him to join Hi Taiho after he noticed Cooman was able to take on at least two birds at once. Griffith gave him the Pigeon Pigeon fruit, which made him a super pigeon. He has yet to find his mother.
