Al Hunter-Ashton (26th June 1957 - 27th April 2007) was an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale as Colin Long between May and September 1994. He penned 2 episodes in 1990, under the name Al Hunter. He has also appeared in films and shows such as London's Burning, Constant Hot Water, Devices and Desires, Rumble and The Broker's Man. Al died suddenly of heart failure in 2007.
