Masoud Tariq was a man originally from Iraq who lived in Edenvale. His real name is Waseem al-Fulani, a Captain in the Iraqi Republican Guard. He received U.S. citizenship in exchange for highly valuable information on the Iraqi insurgency and it was later revealed that like Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Tariq's wife and daughter were murdered.
