Karaksk Vey'lya was a Bothan male who joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems, serving as a Chief of Staff to Admiral Pors Tonith during the Clone Wars. During the Battle of Praesitlyn, he was later captured by Anakin Skywalker and his troops.
