Pita Parlour is a sandwich shop located somewhere around the Burbank area. It is featured in "Chuck Versus the Marlin", when an undercover Fulcrum agent, "Lizzie Shafai", poses as a sandwich delivery girl, but is discovered when Chuck realizes that she has been planting one bug every time she makes a delivery to the Buy More. It is unclear as to whether the whole organization is simply a front for a Fulcrum operation, similar to the Orange Orange as a front for the CIA/NSA in Season Two.
