Bud Hickey is a former NASCAR driver from St. Helens, OR. He competed in one Nextel Cup event in his career. That came in 1985, when Hickey raced at the season finale of Riverside. Starting 40th in the forty-one car field, Hickey completed just 40 laps before falling out with shock issues. He finished 38th as a result.
