Balandar Brightstar is a level 36 blood elf quest giver located at Brackenwall Village in the contested territory of Dustwallow Marsh. He can be found south of the campfire in the center of the village [[:File:|[, ]]]. Although he shares the same last name with Dawn Brightstar, they probably are not related.
