Shinki Tsuko is a shinobi from the Tsuko Family of the Land of Rain. He is an accomplished genjutsu user, who is fiercely loyal to his village and country, determined to serve it as a shinobi. This determination, combined with his skilful use of genjutsu and Yin Release has earned him the respect of many shinobi who are more experienced and skilled than he is.
