The United Kingdom general election, 2036 was held on the 13th March 2036. Voting took place in all 600 parliamentary constituencies in the country, each of which elected one Member of Parliament to the House of Commons. This was a snap election, held after the Liberal Democrats successfully initiated a motion of no confidence in the previous government, which was led by the Labour Party.
