The Orange Panthacs were a platoon of B2 super battle droids used during the Yuuzhan Vong War. While on Mantessa, the droids were able to fight off a force of Fire Breathers. Chief of State Cal Omas of the Galactic Alliance later awarded the Orange Panthacs a special commendation, a rare honor for battle droids. Their namesake is the Mantessan panthac.
