Alexander Somers, also known as Alex, was the younger brother of Amy and a resident of Chapelvale. He was described to be unbearable sometimes by his sister, and he warned Ben and Ned about the Grange Gang. Alex and his sister were often bullied by the gang until Ben and Ned put a stop to them. He and his sister helped to solve the riddle, which was found by Ben and Ned.
