Scuba Rat is an enemy from Clarence's Big Chance and is the Rat wearing a scuba mask. Along with Sharky, the Scuba Rat is only found in underwater portions of Clarence's House and the Suburbs and its movements consists of moving up and down in a fixed path. Scuba Rats cannot be defeated by any means.
