Francis "Frank" Underwood is a corrupt and vile politician who serves as the House Majority Whip, and later serves as the Vice President of the United States and then became the President of the United States. Frank is the main villain protagonist of the Netflix original series House of Cards. He is portrayed by Kevin Spacey who also played John Doe, Hopper, Dave Harken and Lex Luthor.
