Working Better as a Team is a Guild achievement which can be earned when guild members collectively obtain 600 skill points in all professions and secondary professions. Only one character in the guild is required to level a profession before it counts toward the achievement criteria. The character leveling the profession must be of at least Honored reputation with the guild in order to qualify. A character's racial skill bonus does not apply to the profession skill counter of this achievement, so it may appear as though they are required to level the profession higher than 600.
