Lou Collins (ルウ・コリンズ Ruu Korinzu?) is a Tipharean woman who was Alita's Ground Investigation Bureau operator during her time as a TUNED agent. Alita developed a friendship with Lou and the recovery of her brain from the Melchizedek Brain Incubator provided the initial motivation for Alita to enter the Tenth Zenith of Things Tournament in Last Order.
