Dallas Sartz (born July 8, 1983 in Granite Bay, California) is a former American football linebacker who is currently an assistant coach for the UC Davis football team. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Southern California. Sartz has also been a member of the Minnesota Vikings.
