The Tower of Utopia is the final dungeon in Pikmin: Distant Planet, located in The Tempest. It is only accessible once all Artifacts have been found. Therefore, there are no Artifacts in the dungeon. Rather like the Worlds Beyond in Pikmin: Sinister Incinerator, the dungeon focuses on survival. It is a towering metallic structure which actually stretches downwards under the ocean.
