Sloven is an old hermit that lived in Cove during Ultima IV. Following a tip from Terran in Trinsic, the Stranger asked Sloven about the White Stone. Sloven said that only the ghost of Isaac who haunts the inn at Skara Brae could tell the Stranger about the stone.
