Mr. Barrett is the scoutmaster of Troop 133, which is the troop Greg and Rowley are in. When Greg and Rowley couldn't carve a wood block into a model, Mr. Barrett gives them soap instead. He once announced a father-son camp-out. He is played by Frank C. Turner in the film Dog Days .
