"Heaven is Paved with Broken Glass" is a song by Andy Partridge. It originally appeared in 1982 as a B-side to the "Ball and Chain" single. It later appeared on the 1990 odds-and-ends compilation Rag and Bone Buffet. A remix appeared on the B-side compilation Beeswax.
