The Snow Witch is a witch who appeared in "7 Frogs", and was the third target that the 7D looked for to request her a cure for the frog spell cast over Jollywood. But it turned out it wasn't her either. She later reappeared in the Season 2 episode "The Enchanted Forest Ranger" as a part of an evil group planning to rid the forest of the 7D.
