The Imperial Senate is the legislative body of ITD, its body consists of three separate houses, all with unique functions and powers. All three houses can issue laws falling under the "general" category, but all three houses still report to the Emperor, who must sign all laws before they can be enforced; in addition to this, the Emperor can remove representatives at will.
