Samuel Hawke is a level 55 elite PvP vendor located at Refuge Pointe in the contested territory of Arathi Highlands. He is the League of Arathor' supply officer and stands outside the entrance to the Arathi Basin. Alliance players can buy special items from him using a combination of honor points and Arathi Basin Marks of Honor. He is also attackable by the Horde and has warrior-like abilities.
