The Assembly Chairman of the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization is the chief executive of GATO. A total of 29 people have held the position. The current holder is Greywall, the 45th Assembly Chairman of GATO. Graywall is currently serving his 1st term. He will be the last Assembly Chairman to serve a two month term following a charter amendment passed May 2015. After the May-June 2015 term an Assembly Chairman's term lasts three calendar months at which time elections are held for the next one. An Assembly Chairman may not serve more than four consecutive terms in a row as per the GATO Charter.
