Federation Hall was a United Federation of Planets building located in San Francisco, Earth. It was destroyed during the Breen Attack on Earth. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon) This building might be a reference to the Federation Council chambers that were shown in San Francisco during Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
