Basilisk Barbs are some form of weapon that, presumably, utilize Basilisk venom. Witch-Colonel Shirtliffe told Anna Chu during a JROC drill in the winter of 2009 that if the Dandelion Grenades being used had been Basilisk Barbs or Plague Pods, she'd be dead.
