Andy Partridge was the social worker who was called by Claire Peacock when she discovered Chesney Battersby-Brown was being left home alone by an irresponsible Kirk Sutherland. Chesney was taken to a foster home for some time and his dog, Schmeichel, was taken to the RSPCA.
