Sarilstad is the capital of the Kingdom of Zion in the Fourth Age. A wealthy and large town built by the human refugees from the fallen Third Age nation of Remon, it has prospered and grown into the largest settlement in Zion over the decades since its founding. The capital is named after the legendary hero-king Marcus Sarillius whose widow, Queen Desdemona Sarillius, rules the kingdom.
