The three shortly find some diving gear, and Gerry activates the feeding program, which releases fish to feed the Tylosaurus as a way to distract it. They put on the diving gear and swim towards the sea caves on the other side of the lagoon. Nima soon got stuck under a log and the clanking of the tank attracts the Tylosaurus' attention. The Tylosaurus then attacks. Nima climbs into a small cage and, by pressing a few buttons and switches, manages to lower the cage, barely avoiding the Tylosaurus' charge. The group then swims to the sea caves, avoiding the Tylosaurus' view until they escape.
