Mr. Russell is a parody on Russell Cosby and a member of the Junkyard Pals. He is an asexual, impotent boy who lives in a junkyard with all of his friends, where they spend most of their time circling up and masturbating. He appeared in the episode Toot Goes Bollywood, where he and the gang were accused of molesting Foxxy Love as a child and later killed for it.
