The Cowgirl Sign is a limited-time decoration released on February 23, 2016, as part of the Burns' Casino 2016 Event. Although it's craftable throughout the whole event, Martinis weren't officially released until act 2; therefore, during act 1, players could only craft it using either daily challenges rewards or Donuts.
