Foran Tutha was a barren planet in the Cronese Mandate on the edge of the Tion Cluster, located in the Outer Rim. Otherwise unremarkable and beneath notice, Foran Tutha shot to prominence after the discovery of the Foran Tutha star probe in the system sometime around 500 BBY. Despite centuries of debate, academics never came to an agreement on the nature of the probe's origins. In the millennia after the Cron Supernova, Foran Tutha hosted a cottage industry of treasure hunters that made the dangerous jumps in the direction of Ossus.
