The Massage Lady is a female character in the Sinnoh region games who resides in Veilstone City. She has a brother and a Pachirisu in her house and has a boyfriend, known as the Scarf Guy, in Pastoria City. Once per day, the Massage Lady gives a massage to the player's Pokémon and can find an accessory that the player can use in contests.
