Pelily is the grass starter of Pokemon Amythese, Peridot, and Garnet. Its a green humanoid pokemon with three petals, one red , one blue and one yellow, growing out of its head. 6 petals of the same colors make up a skirt. It has no fingers or toes. It's called the bud pokemon. It's name is a combination of Petunia and Lily. it can be either male or female.
