The Biological Warfare and Containment Command (BIOCOM), also referred to commonly as B-Wac is a special operations and black operations division of the Allied States Department of Defense. Officially not part of the military and its Unified Combatant Commands, B-Wac reports directly to the Secretary of Defense, James R. Eden. The B-Wac was secretly created along with the organization of the Department of Defense in mid-2007, to protect the Allied States domestically against biological threats. The division is usually given carte blanche in their duties. Their official mission statement is to "detect, conceal and prevent of outbreaks of unknown viruses, pathogens, or diseases, both modified and natural, on Alliance soil."
