A Time-Stopping Spell is "a very powerful spell" that allows the caster and anyone in physical contact with her or him to effectively stop the flow of time. Such a Spell will be broken if anyone within the pocket of Stopped time "moves more than a few inches, or uses magic that extends beyond [their] bodies."
